ANNUAL FEES

As an owner of an apartment at Jeckels, you must pay an annual fee. The size of the fee depends on the size of the apartment. The fee covers all operating costs and maintenance of the hotel. The fee is set each year at the annual general meeting – and for 2022 the following fees are applicable:

Category I       DKK 2,800.

Category II      DKK 3,443

Category III     DKK 4,079

Category IV     DKK 5,513

The fees are incl. VAT. In addition, an annual fee of DKK 115 is charged to the owners of Jeckels Gl. Skagen as contribution to the Foundation for the Preservation of Jeckels Hotel. Finally, flexshare owners also pay DKK 125 annually in administrative fees.

“Category I” are apartments featuring either an alcove (and a sleeping couch) or only a sleeping couch, and they can accommodate 2-4 people. This category covers the following apartments: 15, 16, 17, 19, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31.

“Category II” are apartments with 1-2 bedrooms and room for 4-6 people. This category covers the following apartments: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 20, 21, 32, 33 and 34.

“Category III” are apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and room for 4, 6 or 8 people. This category covers the following apartments: 1, 2, 3, 14, 22, 23, 24, 25, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41.

“Category IV” includes apartment 42 only, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people.
